Refund Policy

We wish to create a supportive and comfortable shopping experience for our community, however in order to make everyone’s experience equally enjoyable, we adhere to the following guidelines for returning merchandise to Del’s Garden Center. Del’s offers a one-year return on the amount paid for your shrub, evergreen, shade tree, fruit tree, woody vine or hardy shrub rose, which fails to grow. Damage by mammals, insects, acts of God or mechanical injury is beyond this guideline.

Del’s offers a 30-day return on the price paid for any houseplant, tender rose, perennial or water plant which fails to grow. Del’s will return only once plants that fail to survive. Return the failed items and receipt to us within the proper time frame and we will issue you in-store credit for the amount of the purchase price.

If the receipt is unavailable, we offer 50% off the current price as an in-store credit. In either case, we need the failed plant.


HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

(1) Submit the failed plant and receipt at the time of claim.

(2) You will be given in-store credit at your purchase price for another plant or other regular priced item.

(3) Sale items will be credited at their purchase price.

(4) You will be treated kindly and helped quickly. All live plants are perishable and losses do occur.


ALL LABOR WILL BE CHARGED AT THE CURRENT RATE IN ANY REPLACEMENT PLANTING.
